To develop a brand that remains consistent throughout all marketing materials that will be relevant to and remembered by clients and potential clients.

 

Strategy
After meeting with the client and developing her brand message, research was conducted in the local real-estate market, as well as higher-end markets, to compare different looks. A plan was established to create a brand visual that represented the client both professionally as well as personally.

Brand development, consultation/strategy services, logo/tagline design, various print and marketing materials, including stationery, business cards, print advertising, postcard mailer services, marketing packets, and promotional items.

 

Logo Visual Study
The look of the logo is based on clean, flowing lines infused with personality. The sound & thought of waves hitting the shore seem to produce a calming serenity… and this concept provides the same feel. High end, bold and confident, yet approachable, safe and something familiar… something better. The wave metaphorically represents the cause and effect of choosing Julie Childers as the clients’ Realtor®, as the tagline denotes: exceeding expectations which will yield distinctive results. The tagline was created to distinguish Julie Childers from other real estate agents in the area in terms of service and security. A positive and complete real estate experience will be provided to her customers, which will cultivate trust and confidence in her abilities. She will strive tirelessly to ensure that the needs and goals of her clients will be exceeded, going above and beyond what most in her industry can promise with unparalleled results.

 

As Julie’s business prospered, the need for a new logo design to reflect her new real estate “team” was realized and produced.
